Level of Study: Undergraduate/Full Time Status
Length: Each recipient will continue to receive the scholarship for four years, providing he/she meets the criteria for continuation
Major: Elem Education, Home Economics, or Math Education
Geographical: Caddo Parish (if there are no eligible candidates from Caddo Parish, then this criterion may be waived
GPA: 2.8+
Other: Must but a graduate of a Caddo public high school, must provide ACT scores, must exemplify qualities of honest-integrity-morality-good citizenship-enthusiasm for and personal commitment to the teaching profession, complete and submit an application to the head of the department of education and must submit two letters of recommendation- one from the applicants high school principal or counselor and one from one of the applicants high school teachers
